This piece was made with inspiration from Chinese poetry, and the chinese legend about "Chang-E and the Moon". The Mid-Autumn festival was derived from this story and I used structural clothing to depict a traditional Chinese building and bridge in the light of the full moon.

A wire frame is the structural base of the shoulder and hip pieces. Tulle and boning were used to create the "bridge" bottom skirt. A wire circle and hand embroidery was used to sew the "moon".
